My first Card below I used "Fleur" to create it...... I fussy cut her out and decoupaged the pieces onto a stencilled background and the colours I used to paint her and the flowers with using the Distress Pens in Tumbled Glass and Scattered Straw and for the Green on the Fairy Wings I mixed the 2 colours together.....

Well here she is..... Meet Fleur !!!

For my second Card this time I used the beautiful "Lilly" Stamp and onto again a stencilled background I repeat stamped Lilly and then coloured the flowers in using various Pinks, Purples and Lilac shades in Distress Pens..... You can see I do love these pens very much !!!

Well here is my Lilly Card.....

Nearly forget on both my cards  I added some gems so don't forget to do this !!!

Bleeding Tissue ....Oh Boy was it messy !!!

Evening All

Yesterday I went off for my monthly fix of Eileen's Workshop..... Boy do I wish this was weekly !!!

It really was a good day we played with Bleeding Tissue and you may ask what's that...... Well Eileen spotted it on a Children's Site and it took her fancy so she tried it and there our February Workshop was born.....

Bleeding Tissue is a Tissue Paper loaded with Ink / Dye once it's made wet the colour bleeds from the tissue..... We all loved it and all the Ladies made some stunning Art Work which if you go to Eileen's Blog you can see some of their work......    http://eileenscraftyzone.blogspot.co.uk/

Anyway..... I made the background using various die cut pieces of Bleeding Tissue in two layers.....
The first layer needs to dry before going on to layer up the second layer. Then with a couple of Sweet Poppy Stencils I layered the background and then stencilled the main focal image and isn't she just so beautiful !!!..... I love this stencil so much !!! I then stamped the sentiment and heat set it so it didn't smudge. I then hand finished it with some White, Black, Orange and Gold Pens........ and my Canvas was finished and I am really pleased with it...... Think I must away to make another one now.....

Hope you enjoy checking this out and don't forget if you want to see some beautiful Art go check out Eileen's Blog !!!

More Coasters.....Lol

Morning All

Woke up really early today and was wide awake not knowing what to do so I thought I would share my latest set of Candy Box Crafts Coasters with you. I have made these again for Oyster Stamps so they can display them at their Shop and Shows.

This time I used Designs By Ryn - Sea Creatures Set 1 and 2 and also the Rising Bubbles from the Water Effects Unmounted Stamp Set. I coated the Coasters with 2 thin Coats of White Gesso and then I gave them 2 Coats of PaperArtsy Fresco Paints. The Colour I used was Snowflake which is a beautiful White and it then gives me chance to use a Stencil to layer over the top with pale colours so it isn't too dark for me to stamp over and colour the images with Distress Pens........

See you again soon xxx
