Merry Christmas to you !!!

Good morning to you all

Firstly I just want to wish each and every one of you a Wonderful Christmas and here's to a Healthy, Peaceful and Happy 2016.....

2015 has been a difficult year for us and what a start to the year with me being off work for 3 months after a operation then we had more difficult times ahead what with some of our Pets..... Poor Lucy who has Lymphoma having her weekly Chemo, then Jasper who was kicked and used as a Football, he was lucky to survive and then poor Toby who had an aggressive Tumour removed ..... But all I can say is we all survived it and I am just hoping that the next year will give us a break and is a touch kinder on us all.....

Anyway enough of all that...... I thought I would share with you my 2015 Christmas Cards that I finished by the skin of me teeth and just managed to get them in the post and delivered before Christmas, lol.....

So from me to you have a Super time and hopefully over the Christmas period I will get some more Crafty projects finished (If I stay awake long enough as I have lost so much sleep lately).....

All of the below cards were made using Lavinia Stamps Clear Stamps which I just adore and I lose myself in the creating these for hours so I hope they inspire you go have a go and create so lovely cards .....

Hobby Art Forest Friends - Printer Tray

Hello .....

I thought I would share with you my Hobby Art Forest Friends Printers Tray that Jenny today showcased on Create and Craft..... I was so surprised to hear the lovely comments just so heart warming..... Thanks Jenny and Create and Craft they really are much appreciated ....

I made this some months ago at one of Jenny Mayes Hobby Art Workshop and I hope you can tell from the photo's but I really enjoyed making this..... To be honest it is right up my street as I do adore "Fussy Cutting" which is detailed cutting and I could do this all the time as I totally loose myself in it.....

Jenny asked me if I could let her borrow this just to show everyone that at her Workshops Jenny and her Team plant the seeds of the project that we are doing but then we can go off home and as I call it "Faff" about with the project until you are totally happy with the results and Boy was I happy with this.... So much so I think I bought numerous Printers Tray to have another go and another and another, lol..... I do hope you managed to catch Create and Craft today where Jenny showed my little Printer Tray off to everyone....

New Lavinia Challenge..... "Let it Snow" - December 2015

Just as long as we are all wrapped up warm enjoying our Christmas Scoff….. that would really make my Christmas complete…..

Below are my DT Samples I have made for the Challenge and I really hope that they will inspire you to have a go and enter into this Month’s Challenge…..

 

Here is the list of stamps I used for each card..... and all were created using Distress Inks and Stickles..... I do love a bit of Stickles, they really do add a little bit extra to finish the card.....

 

For my First Card I used the Christmas Tree Group Stamp, Holly Stamp, Large Deer Stamp and I also used the edge of the Seasonal Tree to create the sticks poking through the snow..... Nearly forgot again I also used the Zen Snowflakes which are just so very pretty.....

 

 

For my Second Card I used the Christmas Tree Group Stamp, Holly Stamp, Tree Goddess Luna and again I  used the edge of the Seasonal Tree to create the sticks poking through the snow.....

 

 

For my Third Card I used the Christmas Tree Group Stamp, Fir Tree Stamp, Seasonal Tree Stamp,  Holly Stamp and the Gaggle of Geese Stamp and it's becoming a bit of a habit as I  used the edge of the Seasonal Tree to create the sticks poking through the snow which helps add some depth to the picture.....

 

 

 

For my Fourth and final card of this year I used the Christmas Tree Group Stamp, Holly Stamp and Enchanted Dreams Stamp and again I  used the edge of the Seasonal Tree to create the sticks poking through the snow..... I do love using it for that !!!

 

 

 

Anyway that’s it for me for this year and I just want to wish you all a very Happy Christmas and I hope it brings you everything you wish for and more…..
